⚙️Skill Modification
The following is a list of customized skill modifications implemented on this Ark Project. These changes may include damage scaling, mechanics adjustments, or additional utility to better suit the custom server environment and balance needs.
KNIGHT / LORD KNIGHT
Auto Counter (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Defensive
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Effect: Instantly blocks all types of physical attacks, including physical-based skills (e.g., Bowling Bash, Sonic Blow, Arrow Storm) during the counter window.
Mechanics:
When activated, the user enters a defensive stance for a limited duration based on skill level.
During this time, all incoming physical attacks (melee or ranged, including physical skills) are nullified.
This provides full immunity to physical damage while the skill is active.
Skill Duration (based on level):
Level 1: 1 second
Level 2: 2 seconds
Level 3: 3 seconds
Level 4: 4 seconds
Level 5: 5 seconds
Brandish Spear (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Offensive
Cooldown: 1 second
After-Cast Delay: 0.5 seconds
SP Cost: 24
Damage Type: Long-Ranged Physical (scales with STR)
Effect: Converts Brandish Spear into a long-ranged attack that deals increased physical damage based on STR.
Mechanics:
Now considered a ranged physical skill.
Damage increases with the user's STR.
Reduced cast delay for fluid skill usage.
Added after-cast delay and cooldown for balance.
New Damage Formula:
(400 + (100 × Skill Level))% ATK
Bowling Bash (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / AoE
Cooldown: 1 second
Area of Effect: 5x5 around target
Weapon Bonus: Two-Handed Sword increases hit count
Effect: Hits all enemies in an area and knocks them back. Number of hits depends on the number of enemies when using a Two-Handed Sword.
Mechanics:
AoE with knockback effect.
Hit count scales with the number of targets:
1 target: 2 hits
2–3 targets: 3 hits
4+ targets: 4 hits
Reduced cast delay for better flow in combos.
Clashing Spiral (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Ranged Physical
Fixed Cast Time: 0.3 seconds (Lv5)
Variable Cast Time: 0.25 seconds (Lv5)
After-Cast Delay: 1 second
Effect: Throws a powerful spiral spear dealing high damage based on enemy size and Weapons Weight.
Mechanics:
Shortened cast time and delay.
Damage scales with:
Skill level
Target's size
User's base level
New Damage Formula:
(150 + (50 × Skill Level))% ATK + Weapons Weight Bonus
BLACKSMITH / WHITESMITH
Power Thrust (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Party Buff
Effect: Increases ATK of all nearby party members. No longer risks breaking weapons.
Mechanics:
Bonus damage shared with party members.
Weapon break chance removed.
ATK Bonus by Level:
Lv1–2: +5%
Lv3–4: +10%
Lv5: +15%
Maximum Power Thrust (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Self Buff
Effect: Grants a significant ATK boost with no risk of breaking the weapon.
Mechanics:
Same functionality as before but safer.
Ideal for burst setups.
ASSASSIN
Venom Splasher (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Offensive
Cooldown: Standard
Effect: Deals poison damage without requiring a Red Gemstone.
Mechanics:
Red Gemstone cost removed.
Easier to include in combos or spam in battle.
PRIEST
Magnus Exorcismus (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Magic AoE
Fixed Cast Time: 1 second
Variable Cast Time: Standard
Effect: Deals holy damage to all races, with bonus damage to Undead/Demon/Shadow enemies.
Mechanics:
Cast time shortened.
Hits all races, not just undead/demon.
Increased MATK output for certain enemies.
Damage:
All: 130% MATK per hit
Bonus: Undead / Demon / Shadow
Mace Mastery (Modified)

Skill Type: Passive
Effect: Increases CRIT rate by 1 per skill level.
Mechanics:
Works well for physical Priest builds or critical-type support classes.
Impositio Manus (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Party Buff
Fixed Cast Time: 0.5 seconds
Variable Cast Time: 1 second
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Duration: 120 seconds
Effect: Increases ATK and MATK for the user and nearby allies.
Mechanics:
Dual stat buff.
Affects user and nearby party members.
Balanced with cooldown and casting time.
Bonus per Level:
+5 × Skill Level (to both ATK and MATK)
HUNTER
Blitz Beat (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Auto AoE
Trigger: Manual or Auto-Cast
Scaling Stats: AGI and DEX
Effect: AoE falcon skill that now scales with AGI and DEX. Auto-cast hits do not split damage.
Mechanics:
Improved for AGI/DEX builds.
Each enemy takes full damage from auto-cast.
Better performance in mob scenarios.
CRUSADER
Grand Cross (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / AoE (Physical + Magical)
Fixed Cast Time: 0.5 seconds
Variable Cast Time: 1 second
After-Cast Delay: 0.5 seconds
Cooldown: 1 second
Effect: Deals holy explosion damage to surrounding enemies. Self-damage removed.
Mechanics:
Faster cast.
No longer harms the user (but HP cost remains).
Stronger utility in party PvE and PvP.
Shield Boomerang (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Ranged Physical
Effect: Throws the shield to damage enemies based on skill level.
Mechanics:
Simplified scaling formula.
Usable for mid-range poke and utility.
Damage Formula:
(80 × Skill Level)% ATK
ROGUE
Back Stab (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Teleport Melee
Cooldown: 0.5 seconds
Effect: Instantly moves behind the target and delivers a backstab. Deals more hits with a dagger.
Mechanics:
Teleports the user to target’s back.
If a dagger is equipped, hits twice.
Higher skill levels increase accuracy.
Great for burst damage and PvP chases.
CLOWN / GYPSY
Arrow Vulcan (Modified)

Skill Type: Active / Ranged Burst
Cooldown: 1.5 seconds
Fixed Cast Time: 0.5 seconds (Lv10)
Variable Cast Time: 1.5 seconds (Lv10)
After-Cast Delay: 0.5 seconds
Attack Motion: Removed
Effect: Fires a powerful ranged attack with high damage scaling and no motion delay.
Mechanics:
Damage scales with skill level and base level.
Cast and delay reduced for quicker burst execution.
No attack animation, allowing instant follow-ups.
New Damage Formula:
(500 + (100 × Skill Level))% ATK + Base Level Bonus
GUNSLINGER
Desperado (Modified)

Skill Type: Offensive / AoE
Weapon Requirement: Revolver
Ammunition Used: 10 bullets
Cast Range: Self-centered (AoE)
Area of Effect: 12x12 cells (around the caster)
Hit Count: Random per enemy (minimum 3 hits, maximum 10 hits)
Skill Behavior:
A short-range, physical burst attack that hits all enemies in range.
Treated as a close-range attack, allowing it to bypass Pneuma.
Each enemy in the AoE is hit randomly between 3 and 10 times.
Has a 10% chance to inflict the "Curse" status on each target hit.
Damage Scaling (Per Hit):
Lv1: 100% ATK
Lv2: 150% ATK
Lv3: 200% ATK
Lv4: 250% ATK
Lv5: 300% ATK
Lv6: 350% ATK
Lv7: 400% ATK
Lv8: 450% ATK
Lv9: 500% ATK
Lv10: 550% ATK
Status Effect:
10% chance per cast to apply [Curse] to affected targets.
Targets afflicted with Curse have reduced movement speed and decreased LUK, making them more vulnerable to further status effects and crits.
NINJA
Shadow Jump (Modified)

Skill Type: Movement / Utility
Requirement: User must be in Hiding state
Functionality: Allows the user to instantly teleport to a target cell within a specific range, while remaining hidden.
Modified Mechanic: Can now be used while the user is hidden, unlike the original version which typically required un-hiding first.
Range by Level:
Lv1: 7 cells
Lv2: 9 cells
Lv3: 11 cells
Lv4: 13 cells
Lv5: 15 cells
Dragon Fire Formation (Modified)

Skill Type: Offensive / Magic AoE
Cast Time: Instant
Cast Delay: 0.3 seconds
Effect: Summons a large flame explosion that deals massive MATK-based damage to all enemies within the skill’s area.
Damage Scaling:
Lv1: +450% MATK
Lv2: +600% MATK
Lv3: +750% MATK
Lv4: +900% MATK
Lv5: +1100% MATK
Use Case:
Designed for high burst-damage output in both PvP and PvE scenarios.
Effective against mobs or tightly grouped players.
Cast delay ensures it isn’t spammable but still quick enough for rapid rotations.
